AS A FRESHMAN: Started the season on the bench after surgery to repair a stress fracture in her right leg … made her debut against Western Michigan, scoring two points and grabbing three rebounds in 13 minutes of action … played in seven games after her return before missing Virginia Tech (Jan. 13) with sprained left knee … saw action in 22 contests overall, including three NCAA tournament games … scored season-high seven points vs. Rice … pulled down season-high seven rebounds vs. Providence … scored six points vs. Miami … played 24 minutes vs. Georgetown in BIG EAST quarterfinal and had four points … scored four points and grabbed four boards in NCAA first-round game vs. Alcorn State … netted two points in second-round win over Michigan.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: Played final season at Fort Lauderdale High School after attending Flanagan High School her first three seasons … averaged 12.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 4.4 steals in her final prep campaign … third-team all-state selection as a senior, she also was a first-team all-county selection … named MVP of the Big 8 county championship .. best game was against Boca Raton — 33 points, 11 rebounds, 10 steals, four assists and four steals … set several records at Flanagan, including single-game marks for three-point field goals made (6), assists (8) and steals (12) … also established the Fort Lauderdale single-game assist record (12) .. played in Nike Broward/Dade County All-Star Game … member of the Gold Coast Lady Players AAU club team for three years … led Sobe Lizards to a ninth-place finish at AAU Nationals in 1999.
