AS A SENIOR: Showed his trademark improvement during the cross country season that earned him a regular spot among the team's top seven ... after a sixth-place finish at the Valparaiso Invitational, won his first collegiate cross country race with a 26:00 run in the National Catholic Championship JV race ... returned to the Notre Dame home course two weeks later and ran 40 seconds faster to finish 23rd in the Notre Dame Invitational Gold race ... had a strong finish at the BIG EAST Championship for the second-straight year, taking 24th in a time of 24:43 ... one of the top seven finishers for the BIG EAST Champions ... made his 10,000-meter debut at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, helping the team advance to the NCAA Championship with a 59th-place finish in a time of 31:45 ... had a tough race in the sloppy conditions at the national meet as Notre Dame took 11th in team competition ... ran one race during the 2005 track season ... won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Indy Relays with a time of 9:26.09.
